PURIS, a leader in pea-protein and plant-based food ingredients, is opening their doors for a private tour of their Innovation Center headquartered outside downtown Minneapolis. The tour will include an inside look at scaling a sustainable food future, a plant-based tasting, and time with PURIS experts to discuss innovation within both food and agriculture. 

Transportation will be provided from the hotel to the facility. Tour participants will meet at the hotel on November 29 at 7:00 a.m. and return before 10 a.m. Seats are limited and are reserved on a first-come-first-served basis.

A cost of $15 will be added to your registration to cover the transportation to and from the facility.
